It was something new that I hadn't heard of before.

It is like therapy to me, whenever I walk in the gym I forget about my problems for an hour.
● If you could achieve anything you wished for in your sport, what would it be?
Compete internationally and win lots of medals
● How important is achieving your sporting goals to you?
It is imperative that I reach my goals because I wouldn't get anywhere without them.

It keeps my mind in-check, gives me self-discipline and keeps me motivated.

I drown everything out and focus on nothing but the lift. I make it my sole purpose.

I would play ice hockey
