The Rose Performance Athletic Skills Assessments and Training program is a battery of skills and drills focused on strength training, speed drills, agility footwork, and high-speed Olympic style lifting to develop these key athletic attributes.

Rose Performance Training and the Harrisburg Weightlifting Club has been serving Harrisburg and the surrounding areas since 2013. 

We specialize in Strength & Conditioning for athletes, competitive Olympic Weightlifting, and general physical fitness.  

Our individualized training programs have sent high school athletes to college with scholarships, amateur athletes to the professional leagues, and weightlifters to the National & International competition stages and medal podiums. 

We work with elementary school-aged children, 70-year-old adults, and everyone else in between.
