GROUP FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASSES

 

Small group classes, capped at 5 participants. Workouts incorporate barbell lifting, cardio circuits, dumbbell lifting, kettlebell lifting, bodyweight exercises, muscle isolation exercises, interval training, abdominal exercises, warmups, stretches, etc. No experience is necessary, open to all fitness levels. Certified coach will guide you through each workout, lasting approximately 45 minutes.

 

Every class is capped at 5 participants, and requires a signup sheet. Class times are Mon/Wed/Fri at 5am, 8am, Noon, and 6pm, as well as Tues/Thurs at 9am and Noon. Many Saturdays are also available at 7am.
