Monthly Drop-In for Athletes and Coaches

Sat, March 1, 10:00 am-12:00 pm, 10 person cap.

Pre-Registration required.

Monthly drop-in session to help improve your technique on Weightlifting movements. Train alongside some HWC lifters and Rose Performance athletes. Practice Snatches, Cleans, Jerks, Squats, Pulls, Presses, Jumping, Accessories, Stretching. Whatever you would like to work on that day.

Great for coaches as well to develop your coach’s eye, and get better at cueing and error corrections. Open to all levels of lifting/and or coaching ability.

Small group setting, instant feedback, and Q&A.

Coached by USA Weightlifting National Coach/Harrisburg Weightlifting Club Head Coach/Masters World Champion/American Record Holder, Dan Rose.

With over 30 years of experience, Coach Dan has coached 13 National Champions, multiple Team USA members, trained Professional athletes, Collegiate athletes, and helped multiple athletes receive college scholarships.
